Lisa has been working in the Healing and Wellness field for the past 13 years as a facilitator, speaker, program manager, photographer and ocean guide. Her extensive experience in working with people on land and in the ocean has led her around the world co-creating retreats and programs for both individuals and groups. For the past several years, Lisa’s work has been focused on working with survivors of trauma, and with eating disorders.
Lisa believes that being in nature is an essential part of healing and creating health on all levels. She enjoys working with others to discover a deeper, more joyful and playful connection with themselves. “Something completely shifts when you really see, feel and connect with your own light inside. The fear fades and you get a sense of the truth of who you are and continue to shine brighter and brighter with such joy and connection to all life.”
Lisa is also an underwater photographer. She spends countless hours in the water with the dolphins and whales in the open ocean and enjoys capturing on film the endearing connections that are happening between people and cetaceans.
